I am the faculty co-director of the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship, which was launched in May 2017. The Grunin Center is the first center of its kind at a law school. It aims to train the next generation of lawyers working and shaping the field of law and social entrepreneurship and impact investing. My research interests are currently focused on the contractual governance provisions found in social impact bonds and other pay for success contracts.
